June 13th, 2024 5-9pm (in person at Liv Cook Eat in beautiful Moss Beach, followed by a tasting dinner)

Course Description:
Class 1 (in person)
We’ll arrive at Liv Cook Eat Learning Kitchen and go through the Flavor Grid (30 flavors) with Liv. We will learn how and where to find umami and play with flavor combination. Finally we’ll share a meal and learn SSSUBs.
Classes 2 & 3 (virtual)
We’ll practice using the Flavor Grid and cook with Liv. In class 2 we’ll focus on dressings, and in class 3 we’ll focus on dry rubs and wet seasonings.
