Course Description:
With your newfound creative cooking chops, we’ll play with new ratios and Flavor Grid. You’'ll learn to free yourself from measuring spoons, add umami to your old recipes, increase nutrient density and nutrition balance, and engage your family to create custom flavorings.
Classes 4, 5, & 6
Class 4: All whole grains; more knife practice (virtual)
Class 5: Par-boil; Replicate a sauce , one-bowl meals (virtual)
Class 6: Stir-fry (virtual)
